Mindfulness Podcasts: The 6 Best German Podcasts
Podcasts, the tasty fruit of digitalisation, are becoming increasingly popular due to their accessibility and variety: Around 20 percent of Germans regularly join the ranks of podcast listeners. [1] [1] More and more Germans listen to podcasts: statista.com/podcasthoerer-in-deutschland/ Whether it's to make the time pass while waiting, entertain you on rainy days, or serve as alternative bedtime stories, podcasts are perfect for making the most of any situation.
So why not enrich the downtime in everyday life with an extra dose of mindfulness? Here are what we believe to be the 6 best podcasts on the topic of mindfulness:
1. The 6-Minute-Podcast
What could be more mindful than taking a short moment for self-reflection on hectic days? A moment when nothing else matters except being yourself and learning more about yourself? That's exactly what the new 6-Minute-Podcast by bestselling author Dominik Spenst invites you to do. With the 6-Minute-Diary, he has already created the world's most popular and bestselling mindfulness and gratitude journal. In the podcast, he offers short, practical, and always scientifically sound tips that help you look within mindfully and always have a tip ready that you can put into practice immediately.

2. myMONK
The pleasant voice behind the MyMonk podcast belongs to Tim Schlenzig, who, as a former professional bowler, fearlessly jumped out of the career carousel to follow his inner values. In the around 20-minute episodes, he processes his personal journey and speaks with impressive openness about the obstacles and self-doubts he had to overcome along the way. With dry humour, a wealth of life experience, and carefully selected anecdotes, he sensitively motivates you to find your own path.

3. Heiliger Bimbam
How can you still find your way to enlightenment in today's information jungle? And does it even exist? Rebecca Randak, founder of the blog Fuck Lucky Go Happy, and her friend Elisabeth Veh don’t mince words when it comes to topics such as sex parties, shamanism, or cosmetic surgery. Sometimes funny, sometimes sceptical, but always with a lot of passion, the two move very close to the spirit of the times and help you maintain a mindful perspective in the confusion of topics.

Are you annoyed by your couch potato mentality, do you want to work more structured, or learn to pause? The humorous, scientifically based podcast by 7Mind offers a wide range of mental strategies for a variety of problems and life situations. Straight out of Berlin and just as lively as the city itself, the voice of psychologist René Träder encourages you weekly to mindfully rethink yourself and the world around you.
